BOTANY
Prostrate, diffuse prickly herb; prickles up to 15 mm long, yellow. Stem and branches glabrous to stellate pubescent. Leaves 30-80 x 25-50 mm, elliptic-oblong, sinuate to deeply lobed, dark-green above; lobes unequal, obtuse or acute, often toothed or lobulate. Flowers 2-4, purple; on peduncled cymes. Peduncle 10-20 mm long. Calyx lobes 5 mm long, acute, prickly. Corolla limb 2-2.8 cm broad; lobes 10-12 mm long, ovate-triangular. Anthers 7.5 mm long, elongated. Berry globose, 15-20 mm broad. Seeds discoid, smooth to faintly reticulate.
Phenology (Flr & Frt): Mostly throughout the year.

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (also known as non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, NHL, or sometimes just lymphoma) is a cancer that starts in white blood cells called lymphocytes, which are part of the body’s immune system.

CASE STUDY
A 62 yr Male patient operated for jejunal non-hodgkins lymphoma visited me. After opertaion and initial chemo his nodes had relapsed & he had undergone more 3 cycles of chemo post which there was increase in his pathology . NHL is one of few pathologies which responds to chemo but in this case it had relapsed. The patient was advised to go more cycles but was unable to. For this reason he was referred to me for any adjuvant therapy to help with prognosis.
PROTOCOL
DIET
Apatarpan [salt ,sugar, fermented, fruit nut free diet with food & sleep timings and proper hydration]
THERAPY
Shaman : Concoction of the dreid herb Solanum Xanthocarpum [Bhuringani/ Kantakari] along with powder
COLLECTION METHOD
Plant collected from marshy land [near beaches]. Traditional way early morning without any shadow of self precipitated on it. Plant collect with root [samool] , dried in shade and powdered/ entire.
NOTE
There is a variety of this plant with white flowers [mutation to yellow]. Its a rare plant [available in certain parts of central India in more frequency]. This plant is sought after by many claimimg it to be highly medicinal & magical [ as is with rare plants]. I would advise to refrain from it and use the yello flowered variety which is equally medicinal as "Kantakari"
With its help patient was able to complete the cycles with proper benefit.
INFERENCE
This case is presented to understand application of herbs in modern age where one needs to decode adjuvant therapies & drugs of modern medicine on foundation of Ayurveda. The whole idea was to nourish the cells so they are in active state of absorption, digestion & excretion [Apatarpan]
The herb Ringani is an excellent gulmahara & helps in Kshalan [cleansing] karma, one of the few to act on Mala system of the body [aka the lymphatic system here].

Thanks sir एकल द्रव्य चिकित्सा is effective than rational combination, because of that himalaya pharmaceutical launnches single drug extracts.
